Lighting Redesign Case Study - ISD #719

This client hired TRC to redesign inefficient gymnasium lighting. Over 60 fixtures were replaced with just 32 new highly efficient ones.

FACILITY STATISTICS
In this gymnasium, 22 - 500 watt incandescent fixtures and 44 - 400 watt metal halide fixtures were removed and replaced with 32 - 400 watt T8 fluorescent high bays.

The new fixtures offer bi-level switching to conserve even more energy when the gymnasium is occupied for general use. During game time, all lights are on and still save this school more than half of the old system.
